I just placed an online order, can I modify or edit it?

If you would like to modify or edit your processed online order, please have your order # ready and contact info@ladylmtd.com as soon as possible. 

How do I know when my order has been shipped out?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact info@ladylmtd.com directly for any questions or requests regarding shipping methods, or address changes. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. 

Where is my order being shipped from? 

Your order is processed at our warehouse location in New Brunswick.

Order Cancellations

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. 

Can I place an online order and pick it up in-store?

NO. We are not offering in-store pickups for online order at the moment.
